This role requires strategic thinking to conceptualize and commercialize new ventures, laying the foundation for them to evolve into standalone unicorns of the future.Why this role is unique
  • True Ownership: As a leader within the organization, you'll own the P&L, strategy, execution, and financing of new ventures.
  • Create New Verticals: Leverage our existing Circles.Life consumer business and Circles B2B platform to expand beyond telco into additional digital verticals.
  • Build a Legacy: Play a critical role in building upon our core foundation and scaling a new business to a 1bio business and beyond.
What you will do
  • Identify Opportunities: Proactively recognize industry, consumer, and technology trends to uncover innovation opportunities.
  • Develop Frameworks: Create and implement plans for new product verticals (e.g., fintech), collaborating with product managers to conceptualize roadmaps and execute disruptive products and services.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with new or existing strategic business partners, present product concepts and innovative entry models, and develop opportunities for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Scalable Structures: Establish scalable structures and processes within new business verticals, ensuring cost-effective use of resources without hindering potential hyper-growth.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to internal teams and emerging entrepreneurs within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and intrapreneurship.
  • Research and Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify gaps and opportunities, informing the development of new business strategies and product offerings.
What we are looking for
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in developing products and services from scratch, ideally covering the entire process from ideation to successful execution. This includes defining and implementing the right processes, operational frameworks, and performance metrics to enable rapid growth.
  • Extensive Experience: 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 8 years in product or service innovation leadership within a B2C digital or B2B business, preferably in fast-paced and competitive environments experiencing rapid growth and expansion.
  • Intrapreneurial Mindset: Demonstrable ability to operate as an "intrapreneur" with a growth mindset, effectively balancing innovation with practical business considerations.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring and developing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions that drive business growth.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including founders, investors, partners, and team members.
