Conduct data pre-processing for feature engineering, build machine learning model pipelines and improve model performance. d. Implement workflows for monitoring model drift and retraining. e. Interacts with product teams to identify questions, opportunities and challenges for product impact.What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in STEM disciplines. • Applicants with system architecture design and product deployment experience will be considered for more senior positions. • Strong understanding in one or more of the following areas: o Language AI - Spoken  Multilingual  Speech-to-Text / Text-to-Speech / Speech-to-Speech  Speech deep-fake detection o Language AI - Written  Multimodal  Document understanding and retrieval / RAG systems  Edge Computing o Simulation  Digital Twin  Modelling and Simulation tools o Optimisation  Mathematical programming  Constraint programming o Link Analysis  Network/Graph analysis  Predictive modelling Personal Characteristics & Behaviours • good critical thinking, data analysis and problem-solving skills • good written and verbal communication skills • good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to work under tight timelines All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
