A long-standing Singapore MNC in Freight Forwarding industry is currently looking for a Business Development Manager focusing on Road Freight and Cross-Border Trucking.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying key business segments, developing client relationships in Cross-Border Trucking, and managing tender bids from Singapore and Malaysia. This role involves overseeing Road Freight P&L, driving sales growth, and ensuring profitability of generated business.

The incumbent will collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements, maintain industry contacts, monitor compliance with service commitments, and support road freight-related projects.

Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with a cohesive team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development and sales within Freight Forwarding industry. Experience with Cross-Border Trucking is a plus.
  • Leadership experience
