The Senior Human Resources and Administration Manager is responsible for the full suite of human resource activities at the SPCA Singapore. The appointed candidate’s duties also include office and site facility maintenance.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating all aspects of recruitment from sourcing and recruitment advertisements to the preparation of employment contracts.
- Managing employees’ onboarding and offboarding process, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Conducting regular reviews of workplace health and safety.
- Supporting and conducting the periodic performance appraisal reviews for staff.
- Coordinating and managing staff training requirements.
- Managing staff benefits and insurance coverage.
- Processing monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner including the bank and CPF submissions.
- Managing the office and site facilities including procuring and maintaining vendor contracts.
- Communicating new policies and collating feedback from staff in a regular manner.
- Ensuring maintenance of office and ancillary facilities
- Liaising with contractors to ensure all facilities are maintained and repair works are carried out in a timely and safe manner.
- Sending out timely staff memos updating staff on all HR and administrative matters
- Calling for staff meetings and circulating notes of meeting in a timely manner.
- Facilitating and providing secretarial support for HR/Admin Sub-Committee discussions.

- Providing support for ad-hoc events and SPCA-led projects.
