- Collaborate to plan engagement objectives and audit strategy that complies with required professional standards and addresses the risks appropriately.

- Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training to develop the skills of your team members.
- Conducting timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/on-the-job training

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / CA or equivalent recognised professional qualification,
- At least 5 years of relevant audit experience, with 1 year managerial experience
- Client focused with good communication skills,
- Proactive, technically sound and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and can work under pressure
