*Plan ,negotiate and implement monthly campaigns/promotions with Key Account pharmacies with focus of KPIs

*Keep to routing of individual store , check stocks and ensure stock replenishment as per store agreement and current promotion

* Ensure orders are placed and delivered as per advice to stores, within the same week

* Educate and advice store personnel of products and promotions

* Ensure products are well merchanidise , within planogram , within expiry date and clean

* Ensure store personnel are happy with company performance and relationship

* Check - sales, pricing , promotions, new products

* Open new a/c , new customers

* Conduct or assist in weekly sales meeting to ensure negotiations on track

* Ensure sales target achieved and sales projection for the month

* Report competition and company updates (sales,inventory,new products, research etc)

* Monthly -Negotiate new cycle promotions with buyers

* Ensure sales negotiation on promotions/distribution targets achieved - match to scan sales

* Monthly sales report on key accounts

* Ensure all stores are well versed with promotional details

* Established a good working relationship with key stakeholders in customer a/c i.e. merchandising manager,buyer,inventory personnel,store/regional managers,PO executives, promotionexecuitve This means meeting with various parties at least once a month

* Ensure prompt payment by customers

* Quarterly - Analyse Customers performance, review with management and customer for next steps

* Quarterly a/c review internal and with all customers

* Quarterly review and implementation of promotions for the next quarter

* Advice admin executive of up coming promotion requirements ,projected qty and dates

*Annual Negotiation on Growth Plan with buyer for following year

* Collate and analyse sales and competitive data for annual sales projection and targets

* Annual performance meeting with customers and negotiate trading terms

* Plans for expansion of distribution
