  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

The Architectural Designer plays a pivotal position in design and development of projects, they are the important members of the team that lay foundation to the Architectural Competency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Architect/QP in the whole process of architectural design starting from feasibility study, concept design, design development, tender documentation to construction administration.
  • Design tasks in all stages of project with 3D modeling, rendering, and 2D drawings.
  • Production of tender drawings in Revit.
  • Assisting Architect/QP in authority submission processes, including URA, BCA, SCDF, LTA, NEA, PUB, NParks, etc to obtain respective Approvals /Clearances, including Amendments, to all major stages of project development – DC, BP, Tender, Construction, and TOP/CSC.
  • Set up, prepare and model building development as planned /designed by Architect/QP, in BIM (Revit/ArchiCAD) – Architecture according to BCA BIM standards
  • Assisting Architect/QP in taking meeting minutes on site meetings, client meetings and consultant meetings.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Job Requirement

  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Engineering/Building Drafting or equivalent certificate
  • Minimum 2 years Singapore work experience in A&A works/ Interior Design/ Renovation/ Fit-out Works in Residential projects
  • Able to communicate promptly and coordinates with supervisor
  • Team player with good hands on multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be independent, self – motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely
  • Competence in preparation and maintenance of 2D and 3D AutoCad Drafting, SketchUp, rendering software, Adobe softwares and Microsoft Office softwares
  • Skills in presentation applications like V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc will be advantage
  • ONLY FOR Singaporean or Permanent Residence
