Job Responsibilities
- Basic troubleshooting, installation, calibration, maintenance and repair on designated equipment
- Completing Preventative Maintenance/calibration
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner
- Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
- Resolve customer service delivery issues
- Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts or contract renewals
- Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area
- Candidate should be Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical trained with qualifications from polytechnics or relevant institutions
- Possess some basic IT skills
- Possess minimum 3 years of experience in LED Displays
- Experience in LED controller software
- Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns
- Should have basic level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
