  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Oversee civil and roofing works in oil & petrochemical projects.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients and execution teams to ensure smooth communication.
  • Lead and supervise project execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and execution teams.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee on-site activities to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry codes.
  • Monitor workforce performance and provide guidance to site teams.
  • Address and resolve any operational challenges between the client and project teams.
  • Prepare progress reports, documentation, and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and site management for efficient workflow

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in civil & roofing works within the oil & petrochemical industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with roofing materials, civil construction methods, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
  • Certifications (Preferred): AWSHPP, WAH. Supervisor certs & Biz safe L2 Certs.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
  • Preferred Candidates: Singaporean or Malaysian Chinese candidates are preferred.
