Deputy Director (Operations, SouthEast), Population Health and Integrated Care
You will support the Division Chairman and Chief Operating Officer (Regional Health System) in providing leadership, strategic direction and managerial oversight of the teams, and planning Healthier SG (HSG) efforts in the SouthEast region of Singapore. This will include residents in SouthEast seen by SGH campus institutions and other hospitals as well. The incumbent will be responsible in planning focus areas, key performance indicators and resources in the community under SGH campus HSG structure and in accordance with Regional Health System strategic directions, policies and procedures. He/she is also responsible for strategic, quality and clinical management of existing clinical programmes e.g. Hospital to Home, SGH@Home etc as well as the planning and development of new pilots and programmes for deeper clinical care integration to meet the needs of the SGH campus patients in the community. He/she ensures the office maintains an effective interface with related teams in SGH campus such as Office of Value-Based healthcare, Pre-Operative Admitting Services and clinical divisions.
Education, Training and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Nursing, social work or Allied Health. A Master’s degree in Public Health or business administration is an added advantage.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in clinical healthcare setting
- Experience of not less than 10 years at a senior leadership role with a demonstrated track record of success in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and communication/interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collectively across departments.
