- Support and administrative function to the business development of Exceltec core business verticals, emphasising Integrated Facilities Management for Hard and Soft FM services.
- Tender Management - to work with the BD team to participate in tenders. Including the attendance of site walks/briefings, administration, pricing, negotiation, strategy, submission, and proposals.
- Inter-departmental collaboration to develop competitive tender and business proposals.
- Continuous improvement of business development processes, SOPs, and marketing materials. Engage clients to understand their requirements and needs and to build rapport with them.
- To be part of the transition team, working with operations, HR, Finance and clients on transitional activities to ensure knowledge transfer of contract specifications and fulfilment of project deliverables.
- To collaborate with Government Authorities/Statutory Boards related to the Built Environment Sector, such as BCA, NEA, URA, HDB, SLA, LTA, NParks, etc., to participate in town-hall sessions, implementation committees, etc.
- Other scope and roles related to the Business Development domain may be assigned by the immediate supervisors, e.g. Corporate and Marketing roles.
