What The Role Is

The Administrative Executive role involves assisting the School Leaders and Administration Manager in stakeholder management, finance, procurement, student services and general administration.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Assist with financial operations, including collecting finances, processing payments and claims, and procurement tasks such as drafting specifications and evaluating tender bids
  • Support the review and streamlining of processes for efficient and effective running of the General Office
  • Provide support in administering various MOE IT systems in the school
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders such as school staff, students, parents and vendors


What We Are Looking For

  • Good interpersonal, collaborative, organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple work pieces and work well in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems
  • Prior experience in finance, procurement and/ or customer service would be preferred
