  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

The Role:

• Consult with the hiring manager to complete a detailed job specification, fine-tune sourcing strategies, prioritization of roles and agreed timeline for the recruiting process

• Screen and qualify suitable candidates before providing a quality short-list to the hiring manager.

• Facilitate arrangement of interviews.

• Support hiring manager on face-to-face interviewing (competency-based interviewing).

The Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, HR, IT or any other relevant discipline.

• At least 3 years’ mix of experience in an in-house recruitment role and recruiting agency is an advantage.

• Recruitment experience within the IT industry is a must.

• Very familiar with the full spectrum of IT functions, specialties and roles needed in an end-to-end IT solutions, development and architectural environment.

• Experience in managing volume hiring and thriving in it, is a must.

• Resilient.
