Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers.
Take and enter job orders for vehicle breakdowns.
Submit job orders accurately via GPS/CAD system.
Assign jobs and track their progress.
Coordinate with contractors when needed.
Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Address customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
Process credit card transactions if required.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirement
Able to commit rotating shift
Work 6 days rest 2 days
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry.
