Key Responsibilities
- Define the architectural vision and solution architecture that aligns with business strategy, enterprise architecture strategy, and technology/platform choices.
- Describe the solution intent and operating environment, determining primary systems/subsystems and their interfaces while defining non-functional requirements.
- Ensure the solution is fit for purpose by collaborating with stakeholders and vendors/service providers, while evaluating the impact of strategic design decisions.
- Work with both business and technology teams to create the solution intent and architectural vision.
- Lead the rapid shaping of a high-level architecture, adapting to emerging business requirements while ensuring flexibility and modularity.

- Serve as an individual contributor in architectural initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Domain knowledge in Payments, Accounting Services, Liquidity Management, Receivables, Trade & Supply Chain Finance, and Commercial Card domains (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in the Banking/Financial Services Technology discipline.
- Experience in driving a shared service strategy and performance culture.
- Strong focus on best practices for continuous improvement of products, processes, and tools.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Relevant IT experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall / Agile).
- Strong coordination skills with business partners.
- Ability to lead and contribute to automation, causal analysis, and the development of shared/common solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and innovative thinking abilities.
- Capability to translate complex concepts into multiple architectural views for varying audiences.
- Broad-based IT knowledge and experience, including Financial Software, Middleware, and Databases.
- Proven ability to interpret business needs and apply innovative technology solutions.
