
Engineer (Radar & Communication Algorithm)
Job Description:
- Seeking an experienced and passionate Radar & communication algorithm Engineer to research and develop advanced technologies in integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) field, driving the development of intelligent driving and intelligent cabin systems.
- This position will focus on the design and optimization of sensing algorithms, addressing technical challenges in the field of radar sensing.
- Design, optimize, and implement algorithms of advanced radar signal processing techniques (eg. Target detection, target association, tracking etc.).
- Develop and refine robust tracking algorithms, including Kalman filters, particle filters, and multi-target tracking frameworks.
- Analyze and interpret radar data to evaluate algorithm performance and ensure compliance withsystem requirements.
- Collaborate closely with RF and system engineers to ensure successful implementation andoptimization of algorithms in actual products.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in the field of advanced sensing systems, fosteringcontinuous innovation and driving breakthroughs in technology.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree or above in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or related fields with 5 years' experience.
- Strong background in Radar signal processing theories, Radar tracking algorithm.
- Prior experience in integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) or joint optimization algorithm design is preferred.
- Expertise in tracking algorithms, such as Kalman filters, particle filters, and multiple hypothesis tracking (MHT).
- Familiar with applying machine learning or deep learning in sensing and communication.
- Strong signal processing skills and mathematical foundation, especially in areas such as optimization theory, probability, and statistics.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Matlab, with algorithm development and simulation skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to independently solve problems and think innovatively
