- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance APEX’s operations, products, and services
- Lead and mentor the IT team, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Support the CTO in managing relationships with technology vendors, ensuring optimal value and support
- Identify and mitigate technology-related risks to ensure system security and stability
- Ensure that the technology infrastructure and operations adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards
- Oversee the implementation of new technology projects, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Effectively communicate technology-related updates and information to internal and external stakeholders
- A University degree from reputable institutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive team player attitude
- Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous for liaising with Chinese counterparties
