  • Support day-to-day customer service operations
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries and assist in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage customers’ complaint and perform investigation to provide appropriate resolution
  • Liaise with technical team on vending machine operational issues and logistics team on stock delivery
  • Handle data entry and administrative paperwork
  • Document and track customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues
  • Maintain customer databases and update customer information
  • Attend to other service support matters as and when assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 'O' level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3-4 year experience in the same field, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Tech savy as this role would need to access robotic arms (remote access)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Motivated with high level of initiatives
  • Level-headed with ability to resolve problems with minimum supervision
  • Meticulous with good analytical skills and ability to multi-task
  • IT-savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team player with positive attitude but able to work independently and maximize time to achieve results
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
