Sales & Marketing Support:
- Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns to support product promotions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital marketing activities.
Business Analysis:
- Gather and analyze sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create forecasts and provide insights for strategic planning.
- Use business intelligence tools to generate reports and dashboards for management review.
- Support in the development of customer insights by analyzing feedback, surveys, and market data.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with internal teams to align Sales strategies.
- Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
- Comply with all health, safety and environment (HSE) regulations as prescribed by law and company’s policies.
- Actively participate and contribute to HSE initiatives & Corporate HSE programs and in HSE risk communications & mitigations
- Any other duties assigned

a) Degree / Diploma in Customer Service/Business Admin
