  • Manages multiple LTA Project Site together with Project Managers.
  • Supervise and oversee the direction of the project(s)
  • Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on projects

  • In charge of approval for material and equipment acquisition.
  • Facilitation and guidance of onboarding of new hires at respective project sites.

  • Collaborate with contract team on project tender and budgeting.
  • Conduct periodic performance review.
  • Approval for Performance Review.

Education And Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent, OR
  • Specialist Diploma in Construction Management, OR
  • Degree in Building and Project Management, OR
  • Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity
