Sales and Service Engineer
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for the sales and service of full range of products in all areas within Singapore.
Responsibility and Duties:
· Understand and explain product features and benefits.
· Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
· Prepare quotes, negotiate deals, and close sales.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients.
· Meet sales targets and stay updated on market trends.
· Install, set up, and test products at customer sites.
· Train customers on how to use products.
· Troubleshoot and fix technical issues.
· Perform maintenance and repairs.
· Provide technical documentation and reports.
· Offer ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Handle warranty claims and service contracts.
· Gather customer feedback for product improvement.
· Follow up with customers to ensure everything works well.
· Manage projects to ensure timely completion.
Experience and Skills:
· Technical knowledge of products.
· Strong sales and negotiation skills.
· Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
· Good communication and customer service skills.
· Willingness to travel as needed.
· Fluent in English, both oral and written.
· Proficient with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
