Our client is a boutique Interior Design firm specializing in creating innovative interiors for corporate space.

Responsibilities:

  • Require to lead and motivate to achieve overall revenue target within the financial year and other key performance measures.
  • To review all project budgets to ensure we achieve the margin and best prices from all vendors.
  • Make Cold Calls on weekly basis and meeting new contacts, update cold call database, follow up action with emails, letters and brochures
  • Manage Salesforce data input and updates
  • Build new/ maintain relationship with PMC (Project Management Companies) and old clients.
  • Secure appointments to present portfolio and services to prospective clients, invitations for RFP/ Tenders
  • Obtain client’s information, design brief and all necessary information
  • Disseminate info to the team to participate in the submission
  • Plan timelines to meet submission dates
  • Identify, communicate and brainstorm client’s needs and requirements with the team to ensure in depth understanding of the project and response accordingly.
  • Prepare minutes of meeting to be forwarded to the team for reference
  • Ensure proper flow of all verbal and written communication with client and among team.
  • Prepare proposals, RFP and tender responses and to ensure proper submission.
  • Preparation and presentation of quotations and tenders together with in house quantity surveyor
  • Attend all meeting from design brief till the completion of the project as and when required.
  • Establish rapport with clients through frequent contacts for project development.
  • Manage business budget and master fee forecast updates
  • Manage resource tracking spreadsheet and updates
  • Review and implement new sale and marketing strategies
  • Arrange and attend clients’ events, networking sessions etc.
  • Support Managing Director as required.
