Job Responsibilities:

  • Set Objective, follows through Vision and Mission for the Bar.
  • Drive both food and beverage revenue and plan forecast.
  • Oversee accurate cash-up procedures and ensure necessary paperwork is complete.
  • Set up and follow through the SOP for beverage recipe ensuring consistence taste standard for beverages.
  • Ensure adherence to stock control procedures and manage all purchases.
  • Delegate duties and task to staff to maximize productivity and resources through effective scheduling.
  • Training and development.
  • Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of bar area
  • Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations
  • Generate and present financial report.
  • Maintain regular communication with staff and management through meetings and discussions

Requirement:

  • This position requires strong attention and skills involving detail planning, organizing, leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen & communication proficiency.
  • Candidate must at least possess secondary/O-Level any field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in related field is required.
