Positions: Baristas and Barista (cum manager)

Working hours
8HRs/ Day
OFF Days: Sunday & Public Holiday
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages.
Perform/ manage daily cafe operations, ensuring excellent customer service.
Train, supervise, and schedule cafe staff (mgr role only)
Uphold food safety principles
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Collaborate with the team to develop and promote new menu items.
Etc.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Barista, a plus with a managerial role
Strong knowledge of coffee and brewing techniques are plus
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lead, motivate and work as team
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Flexibility to work shifts, as when the outlet operation requires
