JOB DESCRIPTION
- responsible for obtaining profit contribution by managing staff, establishing and accomplishing business objectives
- responsible for building the company image
- establishing standards of operational, financial and administrative performance of the company
- to provide and establish clear leadership for the overall organization
- build a framework and innovation pipeline to support the Business Growth
- provide the strategic vision planning expertise, and operational leadership required to achieve company’s operating goals
- provide coaching to functional managers in terms of processes and compliance
- work closely with functional managers to provide them with operational support
- identify business problems and solution provider to various departments’ issues/problems
- As and when any other tasks as assigned by the Board
Requirement
- 3-5 years' experience with proven track record in Food & Beverage industry
- Strong commercial sense, leadership and entrepreneur mind-set with sound analytical and numerical skills
- Committed, willing to work hard, good people management and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong team spirit
- Able to lead, change and demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills
