Customer Service Coordinator

Salary: $2500 - $3000

Working days & hours: Mon – Fri, 9am - 545pm

Working Location: Henderson Rd

Job scopes:

  • Provide customer service support to call-in/walk in customers.
  • Provide administrative support to the service team which include generating
  • quotation, order processing, maintenance contract, faxes, e-mails, filing, and handling enquires to both through phone and e-mail.
  • Support Service HOD in tender documentation and ensure timely submission as
  • required.
  • Generate Monthly Service report and Quality Objectives Report for Management Review.
  • Monitoring, updating, and tracking of service maintenance schedule to ensure the timely performance by the service engineers.
  • Prepare and process warranty claims to our principals & suppliers.
  • Monitor and prepare maintenance contract.
  • Monitor and maintain minimum stock level & replenishment for both service spare parts and accessories.
  • Provide customers’ order management
  • Maintain close liaison with Service team, Logistics and customers to ensure orders are processed and deliver timely to the customer.
  • Preparing of purchase orders for both local and overseas principals & suppliers
  • Liaise with suppliers to request for quotations.
  • Tracking and follow-up on incoming shipments to ensure orders are shipped and necessary documentations arrived on time for clearance.
  • Verify invoices from suppliers, forwarders and insurance agencies against
  • quotations received to ensure that correct amount is billed before submitting to accounts for processing.
  • Ensure proper documentation & filing system to ease tracking and retrieval.
  • Handles any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
