Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily project activities, including installations and collaboration with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project schedules, track progress, and resolve issues to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules by analyzing plans, estimating timelines, and sequencing tasks.
  • Guide drafters in creating installation plans, piping layouts, isometric drawings, and detailed mechanical designs.
  • Review project designs and specifications, manage plan changes, and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • Verify safety documents and issue work permits to contractors as required.
  • Assist in preparing tender documentation, procurement specifications, and bills of quantity.
  • Provide regular project updates through reports and meetings, highlighting progress and recommending actions.
  • Manage vendors and suppliers during commissioning and testing phases.
  • Enforce safety and cleanliness standards on-site while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Support budget preparation, cost estimation, and resource allocation for projects.
  • Conduct toolbox meetings and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in an engineering-related field.
  • Strong knowledge of process piping and equipment installation is an advantage.
  • Experience in the PEC (Process, Engineering, and Construction) environment is a plus.
