  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

1. Daily operation sourcing support

· Work closely with sourcing manager to source and identify direct materials vendors, project contractors etc.

· Conduct request for information, quotation, proposal (RFI/Q/P) and bidding processes.

· Negotiate price and terms with suppliers to meet specified quality, delivery and cost objectives.

· In charge of supplier creation and Approved Vendor List (AVL) maintenance.

2. Strategic sourcing

· Provide support to sourcing manager in running sourcing activities such as spending analytics to identify opportunities, liaising with vendors for responses, vendors price comparison etc.

· Follow up parts qualification in coordination with relevant functions (quality, engineering, operation, marketing etc).

3. Others

· Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

· Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering.

· Minimum 2 years of sourcing experiences.

· Familiar with manufacturing processes is highly preferred.

· Experience in sourcing/procuring of mechanical parts and/or electro-mechanical parts.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
