Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of recruitment plan, i.e. posting of advertisements, arrangement of interview.
- Assist in the application, renewal, collection and cancellation of work passes for foreign employees.
- Perform HR administration such as maintaining employee records, confirmation, terminations, long service awards etc.
- Assist in registering employees for training courses and updating of individual training records, ensuring compliance with ISO9002 requirements.
- Administer Company's insurance program.
- Prepare periodic reports on manpower and salary status etc for management use.
- Process leave applications and update leave records.
- Process monthly payroll.
- Prepare Payroll Costing Reports.
- Prepare CPF submission.
- Assist in performing office administration, such as stationery control, company vehicle, office equipment, travel applications etc.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administrations/Human Resources
- 5 years experience in performing HR/Admin activities
- Must be experienced in using Times Payroll
- Must be experienced in the work pass administration process
