Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of recruitment plan, i.e. posting of advertisements, arrangement of interview.
  • Assist in the application, renewal, collection and cancellation of work passes for foreign employees.
  • Perform HR administration such as maintaining employee records, confirmation, terminations, long service awards etc.
  • Assist in registering employees for training courses and updating of individual training records, ensuring compliance with ISO9002 requirements.
  • Administer Company's insurance program.
  • Prepare periodic reports on manpower and salary status etc for management use.
  • Process leave applications and update leave records.
  • Process monthly payroll.
  • Prepare Payroll Costing Reports.
  • Prepare CPF submission.
  • Assist in performing office administration, such as stationery control, company vehicle, office equipment, travel applications etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administrations/Human Resources
  • 5 years experience in performing HR/Admin activities
  • Must be experienced in using Times Payroll
  • Must be experienced in the work pass administration process
