Preparation of project documentation e.g. tender, quotation, progress claims, drawings, checklist, etc
Responsible for site coordination and supervising to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers on all project-related matters.
Attend site walks, meetings, and site inspections when required.
To carry out technical support functions in mechanical engineering work on site.
To ensure effective project management on design, installation, testing, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance activities.
Attend meetings, and prepare project schedules and progress reports.
To ensure smooth and timely delivery of the project.
Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in M&E or the construction industry.
Possessing relevant safety certificates is an advantage.
Knowledge of equipment installation, testing & commissioning, and troubleshooting as per M&E drawings or engineering specifications.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project schedules.
Willing to travel & based at the project site.
Have knowledge of AutoCAD & Microsoft Office.
Candidates without experience but with relevant qualifications will be considered as well.
