Responsibilities:

  • Measure and prepare tender documentation and negotiation with contractors
  • Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor Manager to estimate cost and quantity take-off
  • Source for quotations from suppliers, sub-contractors and ,etc.
  • Deal with significant contractual issues including extension of time, loss and expense claims, terms and conditions etc.
  • Evaluate and process vendors claims
  • Prepare monthly progress claims and finalize project accounts
  • Assist Project Manager in the pre-contact and post-contact of projects
  • Verification of sub-contractor payment and final account
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equilavent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
  • Familiar with local standards, project implementations & building codes
  • Good working attitude and team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • 5.5 Day Work Week (Ability to work beyond normal working hours)
