Responsibilities:
- Measure and prepare tender documentation and negotiation with contractors
- Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor Manager to estimate cost and quantity take-off
- Source for quotations from suppliers, sub-contractors and ,etc.
- Deal with significant contractual issues including extension of time, loss and expense claims, terms and conditions etc.
- Evaluate and process vendors claims
- Prepare monthly progress claims and finalize project accounts
- Assist Project Manager in the pre-contact and post-contact of projects
- Verification of sub-contractor payment and final account
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equilavent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
- Familiar with local standards, project implementations & building codes
- Good working attitude and team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- 5.5 Day Work Week (Ability to work beyond normal working hours)
