  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Hours: Mon – Thu 8:30am – 6pm; Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: Up to $3000 per month (based on experience)
Period: 1 April 2025 – 21 July 2025 (Renewal)

Job Scopes:

Assist to prepare internal SOPs and documents for new system changes
Train AI Chatbot to answer common queries
Create bite-sized information/messages and time the sending of electronic document management system to staff & students on key updates
Provide clear guidance to end-users on issue resolutions
Ensure that the students’ and student finance data are the same before and after cut-over
Matching new student IDs against existing records
Preparation and sending of invoices
Verifications of fees, waivers and refunds
Monitoring and reconciliations of collections
Updating of accounting recordsRequirements:

Educations in Accountancy (or IT qualification with some accounting background)
Experience in account receivable functions will be advantageous
