Front Office Operations
Responsible for all duties at the Reception Desk. (Check-in and out, posting of bill, updating of correspondence for billing instruction, ensuring availability of supporting document for billing). Ensures that all guests settle their bills prior to departure.
Responsible for the efficient handling of cash, credit cards, payment link and guests’ requests in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
F&B Operations
Serve food and beverage to our guests
Provide information and recommendations to our guests
Provide uplifting dining experience for our guests
Kitchen Operations
Assists the Outlet Chef in the preparation and service of all food items and assist any sections when required.
Manages food cost by adopting best practice.
AV Maintenance
Responsible for the maintenance of AV equipment and lighting of ballrooms and function spaces.
Ensures that all AV equipments needed are in the inventory before event.
Ensures that all equipments are fully operational, repaired and clean whenever necessary.
Maintains all hotel in-audio system and provides assistance to guests on proper usage of AV equipment.
Able to work on weekends.
Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Oversee the housekeeping activities on the guest floors, public areas, uniform, linen room and laundry.
Conduct weekly meeting with supervisors and monthly meetings with room attendants.
Conduct daily briefing with Assistant Housekeeper.
Ensure safe keeping of all master keys, communication devices and lost & found items in the Housekeeping office.
Handle guests’ complaints concerning the department, implementing systems and guidelines to prevent future complaint.
