We are looking for a driven and proactive Executive, Human Resources in joining our growing team. You must be someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute actively in driving of effective HR initiatives.

You will be performing full spectrum of HR functions for over 100 headcounts. Your responsibilities include but is not limited to:

  • Timely and accurate payroll process and leave administration
  • Maintain and update employees’ P-files and data
  • Prepare all HR related letters, forms and insurance claims
  • Administer all work pass matters
  • Coordinate, monitor and evaluate performance appraisals
  • Develop, maintain and improve employer-employee relations through building a strong and cohesive company culture and enhancing communications
  • Other duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related field (in Singapore)
  • Experience in TIMES Payroll Software is an added advantage
  • Bilingual in English and mandarin to liaise and communicate effectively with Chinese speaking stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of employment act and industry best practices
  • Responsible team player with a positive attitude, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and a fast learner with strong multitasking skills
  • Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice
