1. Scheduling and Coordination:
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel plans.
Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and presentations.
2. Communication and Correspondence:
Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Draft and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
3. Office Management:
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
Oversee basic bookkeeping and financial tasks.
4. Project Support:
Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives.
Conduct research and gather relevant information.
Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
Requirements:
Minimum Local Diploma and above
