  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment process such as job posting, shortlisting applications, arranging interviews, administering written test and following up with candidates on required documents.
Manage the onboarding/offboarding process such as ensuring exit checklists are completed before officers leave.
Support tracking of employee contracts.
Liaison between hiring divisions and manpower agencies.
Monitor the contract expiry of casual officers.
Verification of monthly billing reports and follow up as necessary.
Requirements:

Possesses minimum a Diploma with 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably in a public agency.
Meticulous individual able to excel in a team-oriented environment.
