To support our efforts in Singapore, we are looking for a Fulfilment Associate to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and take pride in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Pack and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
• Ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and packaged in compliance with company and health safety regulations.
• Verify order details, including medications, treatments, and shipping information, before dispatch.
• Work closely with logistics partners to ensure orders are shipped out promptly and arrive on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to restock and replenish supplies as needed.
• Handle product returns and exchanges, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the customer experience team to resolve any order-related inquiries or discrepancies.

Your Experience:

• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in packing, logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse operations, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling medical and consumer products.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive orders.
