Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our CS department. The ideal candidate will handle bookings, liaise with carriers and customers, and manage documentation for air and sea logistics operations.



Job Description:

• Assist in the Customer Service department, reporting to the Team Manager

• Handle all bookings for air and sea logistics

• Liaise with air and sea carriers to coordinate shipments

• Manage documentation work



Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Passion for learning and commitment to excellence

• Knowledge of air and sea logistics (advantage)

• Proficiency in relevant computer applications (eg; Microsoft office and emails)

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Able to speak and write in good english
Residing at the East Zone (eg; Pasir Ris/ Tampines/ Bedok/ Hougang/ Punggol/ etc.)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
