Responsibilities

•Order Fulfilment: Accurately pick and pack items based on outlet orders, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected and prepared for dispatch.

•Receiving and Inspection: Oversee the receiving of goods, ensuring that all items are in good condition and match the specified quantities and quality standards. Record any discrepancies or damaged goods and report them to the supervisor.

•Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and monitor inventory control systems. Assist in managing stock rotation and preventing stockouts or overstock situations.

•Stock Organization: Sort, organize, and ensure that all products are stored in the correct locations within the warehouse for easy access and efficient use of space.

•Warehouse Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well-organized at all times. Follow proper health and safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.

•Monthly Stock Count: Conduct and assist with regular stock counts at the end of each month, ensuring accuracy in inventory records and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.

•Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform any other warehouse-related tasks as requested by the supervisor or management, including special projects or urgent orders.



Requirements and Qualifications

•High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain management may be beneficial

•Familiarity with food safety standards to ensure that all items are stored and handled according to health regulations.

•Prior experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the F&B sector, including receiving, storing, and distributing food products

•Experience with inventory control systems, stock rotation (First In, First Out), and handling stock discrepancies.

•Familiarity with recording stock levels, tracking deliveries, and organizing stock lists.

•Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy when picking, packing, and checking stock.
