This role focuses on maximizing the visibility, availability, and sales performance of tobacco products across retail outlets. It involves building strong relationships with store frontliners, providing product knowledge and regulatory guidance. Additionally, the position ensures excellent store support and optimal stock levels for tobacco products.
- Van will be provided and you are allowed to drive the van back to your residence after working hours
- 5 days work, no weekend work required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine visits to assigned outlets following a fixed schedule, ensuring product displays comply with planogram guidelines.
- Monitor stock availability, address out-of-stock situations promptly, and collaborate with store frontliners to facilitate timely replenishment.
- Maintain product hygiene and enforce the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method for proper stock rotation.
- Gather and analyze market insights, track competitor activities, and relay ground feedback to the manager in a timely manner.
- Ensure smooth coordination with store personnel to optimize stock levels and prevent inventory gaps.
- Provide occasional support by delivering stock to 7-Eleven and Cold Storage warehouses on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry, preferably in sales, merchandising, or inventory management.
- Must have a valid Class 3 driving license as the role involves deliveries.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure proper product display, stock rotation, and compliance with merchandising guidelines.
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with store frontliners and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
