About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales/Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our company's success.



Key Responsibilities
Acquire New Customers – Proactively identify and secure new business through cold calling, prospecting, and email marketing.
Manage & Grow Existing Accounts – Strengthen relationships with current clients while expanding revenue streams through cross-selling opportunities.
Sales Operations – Handle inquiries, prepare RFQs, review tenders, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Meet & Exceed Sales Targets – Drive revenue growth and contribute to the company’s overall profitability.
CRM & Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
Negotiate & Maximize Profit – Collaborate with agents to secure competitive rates and optimize margins.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Customer Service and Operations to ensure smooth execution of shipments.



What You Bring

Experience – 4 to 5 years in sales, preferably in the freight forwarder or shipping industry.
Education – PSLE & Above
Sales Expertise – Proven ability to manage and develop a sales pipeline to achieve targets.
Hunter Mentality – A go-getter who thrives on identifying and seizing new business opportunities.
Customer-Centric Approach – Understanding client needs and delivering compelling solutions.
Strong Communication – Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Team Player – Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.



Salary range - $4000 to $8000

Transport Allowance: $500 to $800

Commission: 15% to 30%
