Team Player: Ensure smooth E-commerce operations (picking, packing, order issues, Control Tower) while meeting delivery KPIs.
Operations Excellence: Improve efficiency by identifying non-value-added tasks, enhancing supply chain processes, and monitoring logistics KPIs.
Continuous Improvement: Explore new ways to optimize operations as E-commerce evolves.
Partnerships: Collaborate with partners to strengthen and streamline operations.
Customer Service: Work with the Customer Service team to enhance customer experience and uphold the Satisfied or Satisfied policy.
Project Driven: Contribute to Singapore Lab’s E-commerce Operations, supporting the City project.
