  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Jobs Responsibilities:

Maintain and update fixed asset and inventory records to ensure accuracy.
Ensure proper tagging of fixed and inventorized assets.
Manage asset disposal and transfers in compliance with guidelines.
Conduct regular asset sighting and confirmation for audits and handovers.
Advise PIs on fixed asset processes to ensure policy compliance.
Update SOPs related to system processes.
Handle disposal of lab consumables and equipment, maintaining proper inventory documentation for finance and asset management.
Distribute Physics annual newsletter to the physics community.
Collect content from faculty, researchers, technical staff, and students.
Edit and organize content into a magazine format.
Requirements:

Singaporean Only
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or related field
Familiar with in fixed assets function is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
