  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A) Job Description:

1. Project Management:

- To carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.

2. Technical Oversight:

- To review project specifications and technical clarifications.

- To prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies.

3. Team Coordination:

- To work closely with site team and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.

- To involve as main liaison person with our China head office and Chinese suppliers in the area of technical discussion.

4. Progress Monitoring:

- To target and ensure timely and smooth progress of works.

5. Compliance & Documentation:

- To ensure quality of works is achieved and WSHE regulations are complied with.

- To ensure project activities complied with the company’s ISO system.

B) Job Requirements:

1. Minimum a Diploma in Mechanical discipline.

2. Minimum 2 years working experience in construction industry.

3. Proficient in the use of CAD software and able to read/interpret mechanical drawings.

4. Proficient in using Microsoft office (Excel, Words & Powerpoint)

5. Good communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork.

6. Comfortable with work site conditions.

7. Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese with our China head office and suppliers.

8. To visit the worksite for follow-up and technical discussions as and when required.
