Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within outsourcing, staffing, or agency settings, is highly advantageous.
Minimum GCE 'O' Level certification or Diploma in any discipline; higher qualifications (e.g., Degree) are a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation purposes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic, with a positive and adaptable attitude to address diverse client needs.
Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
Familiarity with Singapore’s outsourcing market and employment regulations is an added advantage.
