Job Description

Salary: Basic - $2,600 – $3,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Location: Tuas

What You’ll Be Doing:


Be the frontline communicator – respond swiftly to customer inquiries and resolve issues fast
Coordinate order processing, fulfillment, and delivery with precision
Prepare delivery notes and ensure top-notch documentation accuracy
Collaborate with import/export ops for smooth invoicing and customs processes
Keep data squeaky clean in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Stick to client SOPs and maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and inventory checks
Drive improvements – your insights will help streamline the warehouse flow


What You Bring to the Table:


1+ year experience in warehouse coordination (3PL background? Even better!)
Hands-on with customs clearance, import/export documents, and compliance know-how
Strong with WMS & Microsoft Office
Can work under pressure, independently, and with a team
Forklift license? Huge plus.
