Job Responsiblities:
- Engagement Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute engagement strategies to promote L&D initiatives, focusing on brand awareness, program visibility, and employee engagement.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to share news, case studies, and successes related to L&D programs.
- Content Creation & Distribution: Draft press releases, EDMs, articles, social media content, and other materials to highlight the impact and value of L&D programs.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate events (virtual and in-person) that showcase the company’s L&D efforts, such as webinars, conferences, workshops, and speaking engagements.
- Brand Advocacy: Position L&D leaders and employees as thought leaders by securing speaking opportunities, awards nominations, and media features.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with executives, learning program managers, and employees to gather feedback, develop success stories, and foster positive relationships that reinforce the company’s L&D vision.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on PR activities and engagement metrics to assess the success of campaigns and refine strategies for future initiatives.
Working Arrangement:
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (office hours)
Location: Near City Hall
Salary: Monthly Rated
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of preferred experience in public relations, preferably with exposure to learning & development, education, or corporate communications.
- Proven ability to create and execute successful PR campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, compelling content.
- Experience managing relationships with media, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of current PR tools and trends, including social media platforms and media outreach techniques.
Skills:
- Experience in corporate learning and development or organizational change communications.
- Familiarity with media relations within the HR, education, or corporate training space.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
