· To be accountable for delivering sales volume to meet targeted sales objectives

· To be responsible for the planning and implementation of our new product’s launching activities

· To liaise and negotiate with local market personnel & buyers and suppliers directly in India for products procurement.

· Should have knowledge about the geographical and seasonal availability of products like spices, grains for procuring at right time and should able to negotiate with the suppliers for best prices.

· Should coordinate with the overseas team in preparing spice powders to suggest the flavours and quantity which are required by customers in the local market.

· To build and strengthen the relationships with buyers, retails personnel and relevant parties to ensure smooth operations of business.

· To promote and market the products to the local buyers, to market new products from overseas especially from India to local market.

· To be ready to travel overseas to procure products, should possess local market product knowledge especially about Bangladesh products.

· Should liaise with import and export companies to for product procurement.

· To lead, supervise and manage our merchandising team to ensure the effectiveness of works

· Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company

· Make product appeal to the target market

· Anticipating key account changes and improvements

· Managing communications between key clients and internal teams

· Working with sales team, creative, advertising, logistics and team members from other departments to ensure the highest quality of products are being procured and sold.

·To resolve any inquiries/issues/complaints arising from the outlets and customers.

· Able to work in any shifts and in rotational holidays.
