  • Oversee and execute Urban Rail Signaling projects in line with company objectives.
  • Define project scope, set expectations, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Lead teams in creating and executing project schedules.
  • Assess and manage out-of-scope work, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Evaluate and report on project progress and key performance metrics.
  • Implement mitigation actions to optimize project outcomes.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and a clear project vision.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple interrelated contracts.
  • Drive execution efficiency, cost competitiveness, and conflict resolution.
The Talent
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in Rail Signaling or Transportation Industry (10+ years preferred).
  • Proven Project Management, Leadership & People Management experience (10+ years preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to think strategically, drive execution, and mentor teams.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
