Job Description:

  • Provide sound & reliable financial advice to bank customers:
  • Stationed in bank branch to provide financial solutions to customers
  • Establish customers' financial goals
  • Determine their current financial situations to identify any shortfalls
  • Develop wealth management strategies to plan for their future
  • Customize solutions for individual needs and regularly review financial plans
  • Be a financial solutions provider who provides affordable solutions and options to help customers achieve their financial goals
  • Act as financial coach to provide guidance on saving
  • Maintain strong rapport with bank partner:
  • Work closely with branch staff to provide innovative product solutions to address customers’ health protection and long-term savings and investment needs
  • Develop & grow the business portfolio with bank partner to achieve premium growth & underwriting profit objectives

Grow & strengthen relationship with customers:

  • Foster and enhance relationships with partners’ customers, with special focus on Prudential range of insurance products to complement the customers' existing financial and investment portfolio
  • Provide quality, efficient after sales services '

Job Requirements

• A recognized university degree / Local diploma

• Competent in engaging and managing internal and external clients

• Proven ability to achieve sales target

• Resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision

• Without CMFAS Papers may apply

• No experience will be needed, as training will be provided

• 8 CMFAS papers (Claimable 1 st time) M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI, BCP, PGI (Need to take 4 papers before start date)
